Kelsie McDuffie
Owner & Paid Media Strategist

Kelsie, based in Nashville, TN, embarked on her marketing career in 2016, gaining diverse experience in non-profit (United Way), entertainment (Ryman Auditorium), and professional audio (ADAM Audio) industries. Her goal was always to become a freelance marketer after absorbing knowledge from various sectors. In recent years Kelsie has specialized in Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for e-commerce & service based brands worldwide, managing monthly budgets ranging from $10K to $500K. She has worked with brands across all industries from non-profit, home construction & real estate, restaurants & bars, menswear, pharmaceutical clinical trials, lifestlye brands & so on.  

 

She has achieved significant results for numerous clients, holding a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Music from Georgia College & State University. Kelsie thrives on generating fresh ideas, understanding companies' motivations, and embracing lifelong learning as a key to success in digital marketing. Beyond her work, she enjoys music, travel, and exploring Nashville's culinary scene. Additionally, Kelsie mentors advertising classes each semester at University of Georgia.

Michaela Bartos
Copywriter & Content Creator

Since 2015, Michaela has excelled in cross-platform marketing, offering expertise in social media, emails, website content, press releases, paid ads, blogs, presentations, and print materials. She has provided strategic creative direction for various media, collaborating with renowned brands like Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Parks and Resorts in the hospitality and tourism industry. Her experience extends to service-based companies, nonprofits, and business consultants. Michaela is adept at adhering to branding guidelines, emphasizing the importance of merging strategic thinking with top-notch content in marketing campaigns.

Kelly Aratoon

Kelly is a results-driven Google Ads strategist known for delivering exceptional outcomes for her clients. She specializes in dynamic growth through tailored advertising strategies, leveraging her expertise to help businesses achieve performance goals. With a sharp focus on direct-response campaigns, Kelly has achieved transformative results, including a remarkable 20X ROAS for a B2C e-commerce client.

Working closely with businesses, Kelly optimizes advertising accounts using cutting-edge techniques to drive sustainable growth. Whether refining existing campaigns or crafting new strategies, she partners with her clients to unlock the full potential of Google Ads, making her a trusted ally for those looking to scale effectively.

Kelly is a proud graduate of the Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia, where she currently serves on its board. She mentors students and supports the next generation of marketing leaders.

When she's not scaling brands, Kelly enjoys exploring the world of tea and adventuring with her Goldendoodle, Fall.

Anna Heidel
Junior Media Buyer & Influencer Management 

Anna is a data-driven digital marketing specialist based in Nashville, TN. With previous experience in content creation and social media management, she transitioned from organic to paid media marketing to better combine her love of numbers and visuals. She works with e-commerce and lead-generation clients to drive engagement and results across platforms like Meta and Pinterest. With every campaign, she brings a strategic blend of creativity, analysis, and insight. She holds a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. Beyond her role as a media buyer, she is a concert-goer, foodie, traveler, and stand-up comedy fan.
